I have a 2014 e-Golf with the Discover Pro factory fitted system installed, the unit also has 2 SD card slots and a Sim card slot.

Has anyone had success installing the speed camera database please.

Thank you.

I believe the DB format for Discover Pro is the same as the Audi Connect POI System, I'm currently working on an app to take the 'Other - GPX' formatted camera data and build the POI Database for my 2015 A3 Saloon, if I get it working, I'd be happy to share the program to see if the same format will be accepted in your Golf?

I have a 2015 Golf so I would be interested in that. But I don't believe it has a "warn when near" function.

Take a look at this thread

Not sure if the sounds are available on the version you have but apparently they are on the 2016 (ie from May 2015 onwards i would guess)
