Phone choice.

I am considering replacing my beloved Garmin-ASUS A10 with something a bit more modern.

The choice is between the Samsung S3 Neo and the Motorola Moto G LTE.

Here are the pros for the two phones:

Moto G: LTE, Gorilla Glass, more recent project

S3 Neo: Faster CPU, 1,5GB RAM, 16GB ROM, screen a tad larger, NFC, more sensors (gyroscope and barometer), FM Radio.

What would you get, and why?

Here is a comparison between the S3 Neo and the plain Moto G. Note that the LTE version of the G also has a SD slot.

BTW, I have noted that Celicious has made a dedicated car mount for the Moto G. Is Celicious a good company?
