The maps can be both very slow, and very fast, to update. Stupidly so in some cases. I think it is Derby that had a well-worn shopping centre in the middle of a roundabout on the maps - took years to be updated. But the little road on a new estate opposite our house appeared in the next update.
Looking for logic here is a sign of madness.  |

I looked at the TomTom maps and I think the problem is with this roundabout: (52.803608, -0.60827). Coming from the south or east, it's impossible to continue to the west and a detour is taken instead. See also this link: http://bit.ly/YEf4oD.
I'll report it as well using TomTom's online Map Share Reporter tool. |
