navigon transonic PNA-6000

I have got the above sat nav device after my brother died but the memory card is empty can someone tell me where and how to get hold of the software needed If it is not possible to get the software does someone need it for spare parts as it does work but asked for software Sorry in advance if i have posted in the wrong section

I have never heard of this satnav but amazon uk and many german sites are quoting spares bits for this device.
My advice would be to contact Navigon direct using Facebook (www.facebook.com/NAVIGON) and/or sending an email to navigon@facebook.com.
Alternatively you can use their uk website navigon.co.uk who should have contact details for support.
