| One of my SD cards is now showing 'no map pack' when placed in myActive...any ideas ? |

| Have you got a back up of the card in its original condition? if so format the card and re-install the back up. If this doesn't work then you will need to contact SatMap for a replacement of the defective card - Mike |

| Sadly, didn't back it up, (not expecting any problems, and this is a first for me,) so I'm just about to call Satmap as based on their support I don't envisage a problem with a new and unused card. |

| Turned out it was a manufacturing defect....there was no map actually on it ! (Replaced with no quibble.) |
