SmartST2 Map Install Problems

Hi,

I just received my USA SmartST v2 upgrade and the application installs fine and is Activated without problems but no maps can be installed because the Pocket PC is not detected. However, as you try to install the maps and run SmartST on the PocketPC, a dialog appears on the PC requesting to exit SmartST (on the PocketPC) to continue - but still the Pocket PC is not detected after quiting Smart ST.

Any ideas please please please????

I've just just been reading your post regarding the problems you are experiencing with the USA SmartST V2 Upgrade and your Pocket PC. I'll be honest, I don't know a thing about your application as I use an iCN 630. However, I would be surprised if some of the other Navman/Forum users didn't have some suggestions to help you rectify this problem .

The only other suggestion would be to contact your nearest Navman Office and talk to a Customer Service Technician and they should be able to help.

One other point, It's always useful to state your location, because there's always a possibility you may have someone fairly near to you who can help you out, if they know where you are .
