desl 560 route problem

I have used the desl 560 for 3 months and it does alter routes according to info on size and weight .
Problem is that despite 3,776.8 MB space in the unit it seems to run out of route memory very quickly and screen comes up with Route Memory Full.
The cure apparently seems to be to split it into bits but that seems to make no difference either.
One suggestion is that the speedcams could make an issue but it does not bother the Nuvi 255.
Can anyone make a judgement as to wether the unit is duff or is it me?

I suspect it's not the size of memory that's the problem, it's that the dezl 560 can only hold 15 routes at a time.
