just bought a novus alpha v3

really p---d off, cant get drivers to download from web site or open and install on my pc, is there a simple CD with the package on it , driver updater etc for a mug to use

One of those FAQs is a section called "How do I reinstall the USB driver for the Novus Alpha?"
In another they say they have a problem with the Win7 64-bit driver and give a workround, if you're using that version?

I can't get to a driver download page without registering. You can do that here.

tried all those things, my pc and laptop says some component is missing and aborts the install
