Software Hunt!! for a Mio Navman Spirit 500 Traffic

Hello All,
A technophobic friend of mine has this sat nav (Mio Navman Spirit 500 Traffic) but not the cd/dvd anymore.
Does anyone know where i can get one or download it from? Is there another model's software that would work?
I've tried the company website but have had no luck yet.

I'm hoping one of you will know of something i can do.

Mio have this for download from their website, but you have to log in and have the device in your account. The direct link is http://eu.mio.com/support/Downloads/MMD_V2_Installer_S-V_Series.zip
so you have to unzip and copy the files to a DVD.
