Changing Sounds for Camera Alert?

Hi there
I have just gone over to the Iphone with the Tomtom App and also the PGPSW camera alert app, and was wondering if its possible to change the sounds from female voice to the sounds (liz) like I used to have on my trusty TTXL. These sounds are in the UK directory on the phone but alas dont play so change the camera alert app play them ???

You can use the voice files you prefer if you are using the work-around for installing speed cam alerts in TomTom iPhone here.

But you can't use them in CamerAlert. In that app you can only choose from the options we provide in the app.
