TT Offer Six map updates for the price of four

Recently had the above offer by e-mail after my last update service expired. Tried to buy using same card to but original service. Can't buy this time because some server is not secure!!! Anyone had similar problem??

I recently signed up without any problems. What exactly is the problem? is it an unsecure site or just a certificate problem with the site?
This should be activated via TT home so there shouldn't be a problem
