Hi

I have been happy with my N20 for a number of years but its now broke. I dont want anything fancy, I dont want to play music or use a phone with it. As the S505D has come down in price to £114 from £299 and is much better than my old one, I would like to get it , but I am not sure if the camera data can be loaded onto it. Can anyone please tell me if I can load camera data to the S505D?

Hi,
Yes you can load the camera data, though the navdesk. However you are limited to the number of poi's you can install.

Also the S50 3D comes with the October 2007 maps pre-loaded. If you bought the Mio equivalent then you get a free update. A good offer is the M450 D from halfords. This gets a free update to the December 2009 maps.

Thanks for that.
I noticed you spoke about the S50 3D, mine will be the S505D which has MIO on it. Do you know how many POIs for it, you say I am limited to number of POIs, not sure what map comes with it yet or if I can update it.

Isn't that just Navman Australia and New Zealand with the trade in offer and free map upgrade deal?
