iPhone cradle and the NEW iPhone

I'm about to get the TT software for my iPhone 3G, but I'm aware that there is a new iPhone due out within the next month or so .... (and I will be upgrading).
Do any of you know if the new iPhone is likely to fit in the existing cradle?
I don't want to spend £100 on the mount now, if in 6 weeks it wont fit!

no one knows until it's officially released what the specs will be, so i'd expect to wait at least a month after release until a decent mount is available for it!
