map updates

can anyone help? I am trying to use the map update service in tomtom home but when I click on confirm order I get a message saying the tomtom server did not understand my request. I have emailed tomtom and they ask for more info but when I try to submit the info it tells me there is error on the page and I can't submit it.
I have tried phoning but now one answers.

TomTom's servers are in the process of distributing a new version of Home right now.

The 850 maps, expected last week, are due any day now, maybe tonight or tomorrow. That fact may play into your issue with a tom tom server error.

I'd wait a day or so till the 850 is out and try again.......

Thank you DHN. I updated today to the ver. 2.7.4.1962 but still will not work. I will wait and see.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
