Accidentally formatted x950 Device

Hi,

I need help. I formatted my x950 by mistake. Now windows won't even regoginse the device. I hacked the device and accidentally deleted the windows partition in control panel

How can I bring it back to life. It's stuck in the white viamichelin screen. I tried a hard reset but no luck.
