3 Mobile Broadband 0n TT Server

If I use my three mobile usb modem to download updates like maps and fuel for my 740 live it works ok, but if I try to download files like the files for TT home simulator it error's and always comes up with the same error.
Its always just on these files, I can't even download TT Home software when using my 3 usb modem.

Does ttom use different servers for both map and fuel price updates as well as the home software files. or is totm tom blocking 3 network access to certain files.

Has anybody else seen this error on 3 mobile broad band.
