I have been using the Samsung Omnia Pro B7330 with CoPilot Live 8 and it works fine for short journeys, but on long journeys (more than about half an hour) the display freezes while voice commands continue then the screen goes blank. This has happened on every long journey so far.

I have contacted CoPilot support, but they seem to be worse than TomTom support (something I would never have believed was possible) as I am still waiting for a reply to my email after a few weeks.

Therefore, any suggestions would be welcome.

CoPilot have released an update to 8.0.0.555 for Windows Mobile Smartphone so I will have to see if this fixes the problem. Still no reply to my email to CoPilot support except to acknowledge that they have received it.

The update for CoPilot Live 8 for the Smartphone (8.0.0.555) does not solve the problem.

I am still waiting for CoPilot support to deal with the question I submitted on the 4th December 2009. Even allowing for Christmas, this is appalling. I do not think that CoPilot Technical Support really exists apart from a presence on Twitter.

CoPilot Live may now be cheap, but is a complete waste of money.
