Unlocking a map

Hi Guys
I have updated my satnav from a TT One v2 to a Go 520. It came with the latest UK map but I would like to add my old Western Europe map for my infrequent trips abroad - usually summer hols!
Is it possible to get the WE map unlocked from the TT One and re-assigned to the Go? I don't really want to pay the not insignificant cost of a new WE map for the odd fortnights use. (Yes, that's right - I'm a tightwad!!)
Any info gratefully received.

You'll have to talk to TomTom to get this done. There's no way to do it legally yourself.

And if TT does agree to do it, even for a price, please report back. Many of us (well, me anyway Confused

) are used to responding, "Sorry, maps are locked to one device. Period"
