The latest response from TT regarding the handsfree issue is beyond the ridiculous
Quote:
Dear Mr Vaughan,

Thank you for contacting TomTom Customer Care
The reference number for your query is 081117-009376.

We are looking into changing the website as we had made the phones compatible but ROM updates and the mobile providers adding their own software has stopped the devices from communicating correctly.

We cannot fix this and it is unlikely we will be able to, at this time I cannot offer a solution to your issue.

With Kind Regards

The TomTom Customer Care Team

So the reason my TT reboots during handsfree calls and repeats words etc is all the fault of Nokia, Motorola, O2, Orange and HTC then. At least I know it is not my TT that is as fault. I presume by 'update the website' they are going to produce a list of compatible mobile phones with nothing on it?

So why then did my handsfree and wireless connection stop working when I have neither updated software or firmware on my Nokia N73. The only change has been the upgrade by TomTom to version 8.3x of the firmware.

Thanks TT you are stars Shocked

Andy, this is NOT a new reply, I've read it here before. I'd give you a link, but searching for this sort of problem brings up so many topics and posts that I'd spend all night finding the correct one. Twisted Evil
