Which files do I need to edit to boot into CE?

Im on a one man crusade to unlock the Becker Z101 and although Ive managed to get Igo to run, its through the Becker GUI that still runs in the background. Ive also realised that CE5 is only accessible through the Becker software and if Im not careful, over writing files (im not sure about) could stop me being able to connect it to the pc via the datacable.

What I need it a proper boot into CE5 without it loading up the Becker software but Im just not sure how I can do this. Also if that is pretty straight forward I need some information on how I can make another program run from startup (unless dropping the icon into the startup menu will sort that out) Here is a list of files ive copied from the CE operating system that I hope someone can look at and help me out:

The only file I couldn't copy was nk.bin which it said was in ROM so I don't know whether that is a CE file or Becker?
