Creating POI images

I have started creating POIs for my new company. I would also like to create a custom icon. I have used PIXresizer to create a 22 x 22 bmp file, but when I look at in TomTom it comes up as a red square, not the image I see MS Picture Manager

Could it be the picture resolution which is set to 92dpi?

Reset the image to 72dpi and it now works!
