Belkin to sell fortuna?

Looks like Belkin are selling some form of fortuna clip on. Think its USA only, but they include some navigation software that tells you what the speed limit is.

The software (another Netropa clone like Deluo Routis or Intellinav or Socket Navigator) is a full blown navigation software - with voice instructions and automatic rerouting.
