Hi All

I have just purchased a Navigo SY 885 from a well known online retailer and really need some advice on how/where to install the safety cams onto the unit. this is an old tom tom v1 replacement so I am familiar with how I had to do it on the Tom Tom 1.

Is it the same file format (ov2) or do I have to convert it
and what is the format for the files i.e what type of SatNAv is it on the pocketworld list ?

Many Thanks in advance !

John

As far as I know, it doesn't support custom POIs at all.

Hello Darren,
Any further info on the use of safety cameras on this piece of kit since July last?

If the unit doesn't support 3rd party POIs there is no way to make the database work.

Think those units might use the iGO .txt files.

Have a look HERE (opens in a new window)
