Data file for tracking - where?

Hi,

I've just got myself the navman s30 and was wondering if it's at all possible to get a data file from the navman and then upload that to google maps or something so you're able to see all the places you've traveled with the GPS.

Would be really cool over the course of a few months see all the places I've been in one google map (or any map) without having to manually draw places I've been.
