I'm looking to upgrade from my N73, and want some advice please:

- large or larger than 2.4" screen like n73 has
- best to be Nokia as I can restore a backup
- work with TT6
- use an internal GPS if possible; BT is fine if not
- decent useability like the n73

I'm swaying towards the N95 (is it any good with TT6?), but am toying with the idea of the N96 if it's worth the price difference and works with TT6??

Alternatively, I could live with an equivalent Sony Erricsson but only if it was better than N95/6.

Just loaded TT6 onto my N95 and it works well. I'd recommend an N95 as a good upgrade from an N73 as it has all the same features plus a lot more useful ones like a repeatable alarm, bigger screen and better speakers.

The 8GB model doesn't have an SD slot, but you can install once the files are copied across as I've said here.

The N96 has some great features, but a slow cpu compared with then N95 to try and save battery life. In addition TT6 will need an external BT GPS unit to work.

Regards
