Any advice welcome

I sold 76CSx on e-Bay
It had been used very little - always in a vehicle - and I thought it was 100 percent OK

The buyer says:

"However, if I try to transfer a map data set larger than about 40mb, I get an error message.

The second problem was when I successfully transferred the smaller data set, a large number of random tracks appear on the Unit screen.

And the third problem was that the on - off buttom doesnt work effectively every time. "

I could load all UK tiles from City Navigator and I'm sure that's over 40MB
I have asked him to upload and send the "random tracks" otherwise I have no idea about this
I found one thread elsewhere which attributed apparent power switch fault to slightly different sized batteries

I'm frustrated that I can't see these alleged problems for myself
And could do without the hassle and negative feedback

I'd be grateful for any help

He is loading to internal memory not to the SD card.
UK is 200MB.
He should be loading the card through a card reader for quicker uploads.

The random tracks could be your previous movements or just the movement as he swithched on - the tracks are always moving!

Has he loaded the correct batteries and options for them??

Has he 'unlocked' maps for the unit?

Selling a unit means - unless you give him your 'unlock codes' he will have to buy his own.

I'm not an expert but those are my observations

Confused
