Hi there
I figured it might be better to post this here as although I am asking which is the best Tomtom to buy it will be mainly primarily used for our motorhome (but also sometimes our motorbike and car).

So....I'm looking at the tomtom range as they seem to be the better providers from what I have read on the Europe map fronts.

Our deciding factors are:
We live in Spain (all year round) but are English.... and will use the Spanish maps as a priority, also wanting western europe into the bargain.
We would like blue tooth capabilty (but not primary choice).

Presumably I can download all other things like low bridges etc once I have it...but at the moment I'm hedging towards the One XL Europe....any opinions??

Ever hopeful...
Kathy

Look at the Rider 2 as this is designed for the motorbike and can be used in a car/ motorhome with the Bluetooth speaker accessory, all the other TomTom devices are car onlyy and not really suitable for a motorbike, unless it never rains.

The mount will also give you problems on a bike using a One XL it can go in the tank bag but it will not offer Bluetooth connectivity for a headset of handsfree for the phone.

All TomTom devices support custom POI so Low Bridge data can be added once you have the unit - Mike

Cheers Mike - I'll check it out.... rain isn't really a problem here (soz!) and the odds are if it's raining we'd be off in the motorhome rather than the bike... but I'll certainly look into everything before buying.
