Blaupunkt/VW Satnav Query

Has anyone any experience of the in-car satnav option with VW Passats (or any recent VW, as I suspect it's the same system)?

In particular, can it give an angled view like that implemented by TomTom, or is it strictly 2d?

Any views appreciated.


ADDITION : I've had a dig around and the unit is actually a Blaupunkt, model no. RNS-MFD2 http://www.blaupunkt.com/de/7612002020_main.asp if anyone has a similar item.
