Sign-up problems

I signed up for speed camera downloads on Sunday 02/09/2007. I had lots of problems trying to make the payment, I tried a number of times until it worked. It appears as if the payments have went through even though the system said that payment had failed. I contacted my credit card company who told me to contact pocketgpsword to sort it out. I have sent emails to accounts & subscriptions but have not had a reply. How do I make contact with whatever dept? is needed. Can pocketgpsworld be contacted by email?
