Medion MDPPC250 SD card memory problems

Hi all, apologies if this not the correct forum for this question

. I was wondering why if I install a 2GB SD and put MP3s on it,it got so far then Windows(desktop) tells me the the file can't be copied as it has run out of memory but checking memory on the Medion itself it says it has used only 574.72megs and has 1362.46 still free ?

The PDA will read a 2Gb card.
