Hi,
I've paid my subscription through PayPal using my credit card, PayPal shows the transaction as complete but the site still shows me as unsubscribed.
Can someone check on it please as I need the dowloads for a trip to Scotland! |

Yep me too maybe we have a fault in the system

| I have received confirmation from Paypal that my echeque payment cleared today but still I'm showing NOT SUBSCRIBED. There must surely be a better method than this PLEASE!! |

It might take a while for the clearance to come back to us. Bare with us. Sadly this is the way eCheques works. Frustrating we know but not our fault.

There is. Credit cards give instant access, but if you don't use one then this is of no use to you. |

And if you think your payment has cleared and you're still not activated send an email to subscriptions AT pocketgpsworld.com with your PayPal Transaction ID and Username and we'll investigate.
