dodgy quest antenna ?

Anyone else suffered this.
The quest often loses satellite contact and gently pushing the flip up antenna upward turns it back on.
I did return my unit once under warranty (now long expired) with this fault (although the flip up was quite loose) and it was returned, no fault found, though it was all tight and all working!
Now a few months later it's playing up again.
