EU Speed Cameras for Nuvi

On the main page of Speed Camera Database all the types of cameras listed includes EU ones, but when I select Garmin, Nuvi there are only UK cameras available. Where can I download EU Cameras for my Nuvi?

Do a google search for "speed cameras". There are several sites offering SC POIs for European countries. The apparent lack of cameras here is partly down to limited numbers of addition requests that are subsequently verified by other sightings I guess.
