computer stupid calling.. plse assist.
when I plug my tom tom in to the computer to get ready for an update ... I notice I have lots and lots and lots of pocket gps titled files on the tom tom, they seem to be for different speeds, but then some speeds are duplicated..
there seems to be two differnt sorts of ov2 files (different logo's)
what can I safely delete , in words of one sylable, before downloading an update.. ? or do I leave it all on ?
222) I will need to change my tom tom as my new car will have sat nav, and I want a very discreet small unit, (which works really well ) to ID black spots or even cams Any suggestions.

What TT are you using ????
It sounds to me you have changed the cam database that you download and you have more than 1 running just del all the pocket cams ov2 files & bmp files and redownload the database
dont forget to reset distance and sounds |

Can you see the safety cameras on your 700 whilst using TT Home? If yes - then delete the cameras using TT Home. _________________ RQ

Bill,
Go to to the Tomtom website and under Tomtom Plus services you will find a heading called Tomtom Home - download this software and install onto your PC.
Then, attach your TT 700 to your computer.
Home will then be able to look at you TT 700 and should reveal the Tomtom safety cameras - you will then be able to delete them very easily. _________________ RQ

If using explora three files for each name - .OV2, .BMP and .VER.
If using TT home take a look at mikes post here
