downloading the speed camera database

I am having trouble downlaoding the speed camera database for a Tomtom one europe. The database downlaods as a document therefore winzip doesn't extract it. I am obviously doing something wrong but am lost as to where - please help

Did you choose the right download?

I select Tom Tom OV2, then Speed Zoned. Then I get a downloaded zip file to unzip and copy into my device's map folder.

There is a problem with the file association on your PC, once you have the download (try a new download as the first could be corrupt) using Windows Explorer right click the download and select re-name, now make sure the file extension is .zip if not change it.
Once the file is identified as a zip type file double click it and it should open ready for installation - Mike
