Tom Tom Street Names

I was told that Tom Tom 6 anouced the name or the street you were about to turn into. I have just upgraded but this does not happen. Does it only work on Tom Tom units or is it available in Navagator 6 (upgrade from 5) & if so how do I set it up?

The functionality you are referring to is Text To Speech (TTS) it is only available on the Go-910 unit, the files are huge - the TTS files alone consume around 4GB in total, about 400MB per voice! - Mike

Doesn't help you but my Garmin Nuvi 660 does this and it is a superb feature. TomTom, come on, catch up!
