At the moment I have a BT-338 that is hard wired to power in the car. I have just ordered a new car car did not really want to have to do the wiring again so I decided to try a new BC-337 CF-Card slot GPS to use with Destinator 6 and Memory Map on my iPaq 4700.

It works brilliantly. Just load the GPS Info program supplied, plug in the GPS and away it goes. Much quicker and simpler than using the 338.

Just put the 337 in the CF-card socket and it turns the 4700 on. Select say Memory Map and it turns on the GPS and it starts looking for satellites. In the house it finds 7 satellites with no problem and a similar number with the 4700 mounted in it's cradle in the car. No more switching on Bluetooth and getting a connection between the two.
