customize poi

can someone help me please i am trying to get my morrinsons poi alert working.have tried to follow instructions on the help file but get lost.these are the files i have put in my map folder
morrinsons.ov2
morrinsons.ogg
morrinsons.bmp
have selected morrisons in poi shows icon on map but no voice can someone give an old boy step by step instructions would be mucch appreciated

You need to set the warn when near poi for the waring to work, go to preferences/ Manage POI/ Warn when near POI. Set the warning distance but leave the Warn Only if POI on route check box unselected, most stores are set back from the main roads. As you have the .ogg file present it shouldn't ask you to set a voice - Mike
