TomTom 6 PDA Version and a TMC receiver

Hey all,

Quick question. I understand that the tomtom units now have TMC receivers available for them.

But for someone with TTN6 on a PDA which has a TMC receiver available as an accessory, will this work with TTN6? http://www.mio-tech.be/shop/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=36&products_id=314

Or am I stuck with TT Traffic as a purchasable extra?

Can someone explain how this works to me?

Thinking about it, if I purchase TomTom Traffic, does it then use the TMC receiver for the data rather than the GPRS connection to the phone?

its a good question it would depend on whether the arial is programed to use the same data as the tomtom use
