NAVMAN iCN750 Download Database

When extracting the database to a folder - say C:\TEMP and then opening SmartST Desktop/Map/POI Editor the POI editor will only allow one to see .csv files. Unfortunately the Help dialogue indicates that one has to open an .asc file to access the necessary .csv files. Any ideas?

This has been mentioned many times, and a quick Search would have given you the answer several times.
