orange pocket-pc will not pair with bluetooth antanna

hi everyone,please excuse the newbie.Can anyone help,my pocket pc will no longer pair with other devices using bluetooth.I have hard reset the device which as not worked. would it help if i reloaded the windows mobile2003 SE VERSION 4.21.1088 (BUILD15045.2.6.0) OR BIN THE DEVICE!last week i had no problem pairing my orange M2000 with my bluetooth gps antannae,but know the pocketpc will not pair with any device using the bluetooth manager,wondered if it was an hardware or software problem,many thanks.
