Hi Ian

Try copying the image into the Medion Map directory as well, I have it in there, in the Medion Software directory and in the POI Directory, and it works so I am not sure which one it is picking up on!

Regards

Victoria

:If you bought this package, how are you finding it so far? Also, does anyone know the actual software package that is being used?

Hi Ho! all, newbee lyn here i too have just got hold of the Aldi Medion deal and must say to my newbee hands it is great. I have done the deal
on the POI-warner site, a bit of a hit and miss Opp as i did not see the
user name (anything you like ) and was there for back and too looking for my user name Doh! Great bit of kit for the money ( i think ) the gps is fast and holds it's lock very well here in North Wales, even in them thar hills with all the slate around. The Medion case is a bit flimsy but Ha! for the money! the sotfware looks very much like a X between Tom Tom and Navman to my newbee eyes, only seen them used don't own either. Most
of it seems very easy to use as i did a qwik run without even looking at the [distructions] only printed the two manuals tonight.
First Q.
Will i have to buy street level info for France, and can i put said data on
another card? or do i plan the route on the PC and TX it?
Regards. Lyn.

I shall be heading off to Llandudno to see my parents on the 2nd. So if you see a car with 3 PDA's up front then you'll know it's me ;)
