Are there any TMC products?

That's the product I was thinking of. They say that their Pocket PC version is restricted to Phone Edition devices only - I'm not sure whether that's really the case or not.

I had wondered in the past if they were locking on IMEI, but with Pocket PCs, all devices running Pocket PC 2002 or later are required to have a hardware ID 'burned in'. Most protected software locks on one or both of that hardware ID and the owner name in Owner Information.
