I have looked through the site but could not find an answer!
i am completly new at this,and forgive the ignorance...
my girlfriend has an ipaq pocket pc,its like the (rx1955)its 2 years old.

the question is,what do i need to turn this into a navagation system?

are you sure about the 2 yrs old? The rx1955 has Windows Mobile 5 on which wasn't available two years ago.

Unfortunately that Pocket PC has neither serial port nor Bluetooth, so you would have to connect the GPS receiver through Infrared or a USB to Serial converter cable. I don't think it is worth the effort.

Anyhow, you need

- a GPS receiver
- a bigger SD card
- navigation software
- a car mount
