Destinator 2 vs Tomtom 2 map data + how to upgrade d2?

recently uninstalled tt2 as i became quickly frustrated by its poor map data compared to d2 - i did like the interface etc of tt2, and there are loads more posts for tt2, so i can only assume that most people like tt2. what i couldnt get over was the need to know district council areas in order to find a road!!

apologies for the non-question above: i purchased d2 privately (pre owned) and the previous owner had registered (i cant obtain reg info from him unfortunately) with destinator. how can i check if there are any free downloads for d2 without a user name and password?

You can't, you need a valid registration key and this then needs to be registered at Destinator1.com before you can obtain support and downloads for the product.

Your best bet is to contact PowerLOC and see if they will give you a new key, or register you or send you any downloads.
