tungsten t3 device code

Hi I am new to this forum malarkey, but the advice I have gotten from it sofar has been excellent. Downloaded and installed speed camera database and spoken alerts. Great work fellas!
Anyway, I have tried to download the John Cleese voice from TT's website for my tungsten t3 running Navigator 5, the site is asking me for a 10 character device code, and goes on to explain this can be found on the "show version" page within change preferences. The trouble is when I navigate here instead of a code mine says "palm os device". So my question is (finally) where do I find this code. Any help appreciated.

If you hit Show Version on TTN 5, it follows this format:

PocketPC/Palm OS Device
App version 5.xxx (xxxx)
Free RAM:
GPS driver
Map:
Language
DEVICE CODE

www.tomtom.com

If yours does not follow that format, and/or your app version does not report 5.xxx, then I'd ask for a refund, since the John Cleese voice only works on TTN 5, not the older version of Navigator for the Palm, which is technically 4.xxx
