Hello, Everyone just would like to let the world know I've manage to get my mobile phone (Nokia N70)to work with my tomtom go rider. :D Ok It took me sometime playing with it but it's well sorted now!

You have to turn off the Dual Mode (So the 3G is turn off this is the Vidio Calling) so the bluetooth works on the phone this I can assure you works on the N70!

Menu,Tool's,Settings,Phone,Go to network settings - Network mode- change from Dual mode to GSM Sorted make a call and you will hear the person. Please post a note to let me know how you get on!

Regards
Carlos

Is this a Nokia Bug with the N70 then?

What difference does having the phone on a GSM or 3G make to the Bluetooth Connectivity?

I've never tried the 'phone call connectivity between my Nokia N90 and RIDER, but the Traffic data bit of it works just fine. Some more experimenting will follow over the next week or so.

Hi Unplugged, In reply to your question with the 3G on I could no hear the caller or when I called out the phone would ring but you can not hear anything via the headset!

When you think about it their's allot going on phone signel,GSM Signal,Bluetooth signal, text, etc. and that's just the phone plus it's sending data to and from tomtom go rider! Too much at the end of the day it's just a phone remmber.

Regards
Carlos
