Does anyone have experience of this company? I orderd a USB Mini Cable & Car Charger from them a couple of weeks ago for my Mio 168. Order not arrived. Phone never answered, or sometimes just goes on to an answerphone (with default answer - not even a 'bespoke' one with company name). Never answer any of my emails.
(Seems to be my month for anyone dealling with Mio accessories not coming up with the goods. I have an issue with a very well known supplier on here re replacing the incar charger for my still under guarantee Mitac. Promised one thing from one member of staff then something else from an another - all going on since April. Latest thing is: telling me they want my PDA for repair! I'm holding off naming them - because their service was incredible on delivery etc back in September. But there's only so much a guy can tolerate folks!)
Anyway....back to Add-Ons World Ltd not coming up with the goods...... |

I ordered two identical items from them on the 5th March (one was for a pal).
To date, the 13th only one has arrived, and it is faulty.
I have left three messages on the only number on their web site and that is diverted permanently to a machine.
I have just sent my first e:mail.
I fear that I may have been 'had'.

Hi all
I have only bought one thing from this company and is was only a pack of replacement stylus but it arrived 2 days after order was placed. If I remember rightly I thought this was quite good because it came from Jersey.

No success at getting my money back.
Passed the problem over to Mastercard at the end of last week.

No sooner did I pass the problem to Mastercard than I got my refund.
It sadly seems they need threats to motivate them.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
