Editing the Medion 210 first of all when it boots the device uses the menu.exe to display the picture and icons you see
on the final screen. These can be modified to what you want.Example if you rename the taskbar.exe to menu.exe you will get the Wince desktop when it boots. Now to change the programs that run from the start screen and the start screen itself you need to edit the menu.xml file which can be found in \My Flash Disk\navigation\menu folder. go to the line where it says
<screenres resolutionX="320" resolutionY="240" skin="navigation\menu\menu320240.skn"
everything after this line applys to the Medion 210 as it the resoloution it runs
GoPal_BackgroundShell.png is the picture you see on the boot screen this can be changed to whatever you want
The following lines describe the programs and icons that run on the medion, you can design your own icons and run your own programs from them by editing there paths. The medion 205 is not the same and is not so modable
I have uploaded some 3d icons for the display arrow here in apps
