Medion Navigator 5

I have a Medion pocket pc MDPPC 150. I have medion navigator 5 but it runs that slow it is a waste of time. Sent Medion 2 emails to ask if they plan to update their software but I think the question proved to difficult as they have not replied. Has anybody else got the same problem?
